Shipping Policy
Please note, standard processing time is anywhere between1 - 5 days and is not included in delivery time.
Any PRE ORDER items will state that you accept the processing time of 1-2 weeks and that this time frame can be delayed if necessary, you will be informed if this so happens. In most cases PRE-ORDER items are usually ready before the stated time frame.
Order confirmation will be sent via email instantly, before a dispatch email is sent. Along with the dispatch email you will receive your tracking number. This can take up to 1 - 5 days after placing your order.
Standard UK shipping - £2.50 for 2nd class signed for by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days (including Saturday's) FREE when you spend over £25 on any order*
Express UK Shipping - £3.99 for 1st class signed for by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days (including Saturday's)
*Free Standard U.K delivery over £25 can be used limitless times and will be applied automatically at checkout

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of these natural skincare products, and concern for hygiene, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However if there is an issue with your product feel free to email us; Mytypelondon@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
Cancel my order
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to mytypelondon@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will process it as soon as possible. Please note if your order has already been dispatched it will no longer be possible to cancel or refund your order.
